Susan Schulte
As the former Vice President of Real Estate for Zale Corporation, Susan managed more than 2,300 store leases for six brands including Piercing Pagoda and Gordon’s. Susan spearheaded the real estate of the new “Zale Outlet” concept and opened 35 locations in major outlet centers throughout the U.S.
At Sterling Jewelers Inc. – Kay Jewelers, in her role as Assistant Vice President of Real Estate, Susan managed all lease renewals and closings of an 850-store corporate portfolio. Additionally, she handled the site selection of all new stores and their corresponding brands, as well as store openings and store remodels.
During her tenure as a director in the Consulting and Managed Services group for Staubach Retail Services, Susan served as an Account Manager/Director. She developed strategic plans for several renowned clients, as well as managed their entire real estate departments.
